Shari Gardner began her journey at ECS on 12/9/2013 as a case manager. She was then promoted in 2018 to a Support Services Manager. In 2025, she was promoted to interim Associate Director of Housing and ultimately becoming one of the Associate Directors of Housing. She has an extensive background in psychology, counseling, and case management which she utilizes in her current role. Shari also worked for In Home Support Services and the House of Joy Transitional Home for girls. She holds a Masters’ Degree in Marriage & Family Therapy. She is quite passionate about working with previously homeless individuals and watching them blossom into productive members of society. For fun Shari enjoys watching basketball and football. Go 9ers!
