Casa Linda is a 33-unit, 39-bed non-congregate interim housing program located at 1669 Monterey Road in San Jose. Its motel-based structure has been modified to be interim housing. ECS assumed operations in February 2026 at the request of the City of San Jose. The program provides low-barrier shelter, housing planning, case management, community engagement, meals, and basic needs support for individuals experiencing homelessness. Casa Linda serves as ECS's first interim housing program in Santa Clara County and has become a key part of the organization's expanding regional shelter portfolio.
