With over eight years of dedicated service at Episcopal Community Services, Rod has built a strong career focused on serving adults experiencing homelessness through leadership, program development, and systems coordination. Beginning in management within Interim Housing, Rod developed extensive experience overseeing daily operations, supporting frontline teams, strengthening client-centered practices, and ensuring high-quality service delivery in complex shelter and navigation center settings.

Over the course of his tenure, Rod transitioned into leadership within Adult Coordinated Entry, where he has played a key role in advancing equitable access to housing resources, problem solving interventions, and system navigation services for vulnerable populations across San Francisco. His work has included overseeing multidisciplinary teams, strengthening partnerships with community providers and city agencies, improving data and compliance processes, and implementing trauma-informed and housing-focused service strategies.

Known for a collaborative leadership style and commitment to operational excellence, Rod brings deep expertise in homeless services systems, coordinated entry operations, staff development, program compliance, and cross-sector partnership building. His leadership has contributed to improved service delivery, stronger program accountability, and enhanced client outcomes throughout ECS’s adult programs.
