Michelle Diaz is a seasoned human resources leader with 30 years of experience across a variety of industries, nearly half of which has been dedicated to strengthening the HR team at Episcopal Community Services. She is passionate about the organization’s mission and is equally dedicated to supporting staff throughout all phases of the employee experience. Michelle’s leadership is grounded in compassion and care, fostering a workplace culture where staff can thrive and contribute meaningfully to organizational goals. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Human Resources Management degree and is double-certified with both the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credentials.
