Michael Hersher comes to ECS with 15 years of experience helping non-profits and for-profits improve their outcomes by defining, measuring, analyzing, and acting on data. Before joining ECS, Michael worked on disaster response at the American Red Cross and industrial analytics at Kespry.

Michael has an AB in Chemical and Physical Biology from Harvard. He enjoys combining that quantitative background with qualitative approaches to make programs both effective and responsive to those they serve.

When he’s not at work, Michael can often be found on a hike with his young children.
