Dena is a skilled development professional with more than fifteen years of experience in nonprofit management and faith-based fundraising. Before joining Episcopal Community Services of San Francisco, she served as a major gifts officer at the Jewish Community Federation and Endowment Fund of San Francisco.

Dena holds a master’s degree in nonprofit management from Hebrew Union College and is an alumna of the University of Connecticut. She is also a 21/64 certified philanthropic advisor and is passionate about supporting donors in transformative and impactful giving. She is deeply inspired by ECS’s mission to support homeless and very low income individuals with dignity and respect and is excited about aiding in this critical work.
