Constanza joined ECS in 2025. Her role oversees real estate development, as well as asset management for ECS’ affiliate housing sites. Constanza brings over 15 years of experience in mission-driven affordable housing development and asset management. Her background includes leadership roles such as Vice President of Real Estate Development, Vice President of Investments (Real Estate Team), Senior Real Estate Analyst, and Real Estate Officer. From 2007 to 2019, she was with Kamehameha Schools in Hawaii, and in 2019 she moved to California to serve as VP of Investments at New Island Capital. While there, she structured partnerships and led an opportunity zone development. In 2021, she joined Habitat for Humanity in San Francisco as VP of Real Estate, allowing her to return to her passion for affordable housing. Since 2024, Constanza has worked as a consultant, contributing to the closing of a 604-unit redevelopment in Hunter’s Point, leading a significant LIHTC deal with Related, and providing services through SFHDC. Constanza is based in San Francisco.
