A Bay Area resident since 2009, Clare has spent her career across Alameda and San Francisco counties, building a path that runs from direct care to executive leadership. Most recently, she spent six years at Swords to Plowshares as Clinical Director, where she led quality assurance efforts and designed workflows that boosted staff morale without losing sight of compliance standards.

Clare is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master of Science in Professional Counseling, and her background spans community mental health and permanent supportive housing, experience she now brings directly into her work at ECS. Throughout her career, she has remained driven by the simple belief that those who show up every day for the toughest jobs in the health field deserve to be seen, supported, and set up to succeed.

Outside of work, you can usually find Clare belting out her favorite songs at a local karaoke bar or cycling around town.
