Ashley began her journey at ECS in 2022 as a Manager of Problem Solving Services and since then was promoted as the Associate Director of Adult Coordinated Entry at the end of 2024. Ashley has a background in compliance and patient services, which she utilizes in her current role. Ashley also served as an intern for the Department of Veterans AƯairs Outpatient Clinic during her post graduate studies. Ashley received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Dillard University New Orleans, LA and a Master of Science in Health Care Administration with a focus in Change Management from California State University, East Bay. Ashley is currently receiving her PhD in Health Services with a concentration of Community Health. Her studies will focus on Maternal Health Disparities and Resource Allocation for Marginalized and Underserved Communities. Ashley also serves in her community as a mentor, leader, and advocate. She currently serves as a Steering Committee Member advocating for an African American Holistic Resource Hub in East Contra Costa County. Through advocacy alongside community partners and Committee peers funding was secured to support individuals and families in East Contra Costa County communities. Ashley is also a youth leader, and mentor at her local church. Ashley enjoys spending time with her friends and family, shopping, watching football (Philadelphia Eagles), and dancing. Ashley is also a dance choreographer and recently started a small business customizing and designing fitted and snapback hats.
