Angelica (she/her) began her ECS journey in August 2026 as the Program Director of Branham Lane EIH, a 204-unit emergency interim housing program in San Jose, CA. After growing up in Las Vegas, NV, she moved to the Bay Area and attended Santa Clara University for both undergraduate (BS in Psychology) and graduate studies (MA in Counseling Psychology). She is a licensed clinician with over 15 years' experience working in behavioral health and direct services with the unhoused community. She is passionate about radical hospitality—the intentional practice of consistently welcoming others with warmth, acceptance, and respect—and strives to embed this philosophy into the way she leads, serves, and builds community. When not working, she loves spending time with her husband and 2 young children, golfing, listening to audiobooks while walking, attending live concerts, and enjoying brunch with friends.
