Andrea’ began her journey at Episcopal Community Services (ECS) in December 2025 as the REACH Program Manager and later transitioned into her current role as Associate Director of IPS Supported Employment in July 2026. She brings a strong background in workforce development and program management, which she utilizes in her current role to strengthen programming, build meaningful partnerships, and expand employment opportunities for the individuals ECS serves.

Prior to entering the workforce development field, Andrea’ began her professional career in the medical field. She also has an educational background focused on workforce and reentry services. Andrea’ is deeply passionate about serving marginalized communities, particularly individuals who experience barriers to employment. She strongly believes that employment is an important part of recovery, providing not only financial stability but also purpose, independence, confidence, and an improved quality of life.

Andrea’ is especially excited about her journey with IPS and the opportunity to increase awareness of supported employment while developing a program rooted in hope, opportunity, and individual choice. She believes that the people she encounters each day are placed in her path for a reason and embraces every opportunity to make a meaningful and lasting impact.

Outside of work, Andrea’ treasures spending time with her grandpup, Papa, who is truly the apple of her eye. Her faith is also an important part of her life. She is an active member of her church, where she leads a ministry and remains dedicated to her calling and serving her community. Andrea’ is also the proud mother of two beautiful daughters and a grandmother. She takes great pride in seeing her family follow in her footsteps through careers dedicated to supporting and uplifting marginalized communities.

Andrea’ approaches this chapter of her career with excitement, gratitude, and enthusiasm, looking forward to the lives, partnerships, and communities she will continue to impact along the way.
