ECS Skills Center Vocational Training The ECS Skills Center vocational training program offer a five step plan to help participants train, find and keep jobs: Pre-employment workshops, Resume lab, Individual job counseling, targeted job placement, and job retention support. Employment Counselors refer job-ready candidates to a wide range of positions in the competitive market, while the staff has also developed a selection of opportunities tailored to participants who will need more supportive work environments if they are to succeed.
