Pacific Bay Inn 520 Jones Street Pacific Bay Inn (PBI), located in the Tenderloin, opened in 1999 to house 75 adults, many of whom suffer from multiple disabilities. PBI is the first supportive housing site sponsored by the San Francisco Department of Public Health's Direct Access to Housing Program (DAH), which was designed to promptly transition homeless single adults with disabilities into permanent supportive housing.
