ECS's master-lease of The Henry (106 Sixth Street) commenced on November 1, 2015 and will run for 10 years. There are 121 units are available for formerly homeless, single adults through referral by San Francisco's Human Services Agency (HSA). All units are SROs, and come furnished with a full-sized bed, a dresser, a chair, granite countertops and a stainless steel sink. All units and hallways are floored with ceramic tile. The Henry Hotel also provides a community kitchen/meeting room, and a community room. There is one elevator which was recently modernized (along with a substantial electrical capacity upgrade). Support services and case management are available to all residents of the building.
