A little planning now can accomplish a world of good

A planned gift is just that - planned. A planned gift to ECS has the benefit of not only providing support for programs directly helping more than 4,500 homeless and low-income people each year, it also can benefit your heirs and yourself as you get older. Planned Giving is not just for the wealthy, but for all of us as we start to prepare for our retirement and the ultimate allocation of our estate.

Giving Options:

  • Beneficiary designation of your IRA, 401(k) or 403(b) retirement plan
  • Bequest in your will or revocable trust
  • Beneficiary designation of life insurance
  • Life-Income gifts such as charitable gift annuities and charitable remainder trusts
Ask about plans that can increase your income, bypass taxes and not reduce what you wish to pass on to your family. If you would like to benefit a particular program at ECS please talk to us first, so that we can advise you how to best to direct your gift.
