Episcopal Community Services Housing

Each of ECS's permanent supportive housing sites has a particular mix of funding, which determines access to housing. All ECS housing units are for people who are extremely low-income and currently homeless.

People wanting housing cannot go directly to a housing site to obtain it or to be put on a list. Instead, they should contact their case manager either at the shelter where they are staying, or through a program that they frequent. Most case managers have access to lists of available housing.

People who are 60 years of age or older and homeless can set up an appointment with a case manager at Canon Kip Senior Center at 8th Street and Natoma in the South of Market neighborhood who will help them acquire housing.
